Nice capture. The tree in the front gives some warmth to the picture. There is a mild black spot towards the top left corner. This could be due to some dirt either on the lens or sensor (guessing). You could remove the same by cloning.

Thanks,

Harsha.

Thank-you for your comment and for pointing out the defect I didn't see. It's a spot on the sensor. I will correct it. Bye

Despite the 'spot' I find this to be a beautiful landscape shot. Lovely perspective, color and detail. Have visited Italy many years ago, and long to return one day soon. I only was able to travel as far as Rome at the time, but there is so much beauty to see in your country.  My kindest regards, Gail

Tipica macchia mediterranea (da non confondere con la macchia sul sensore!). La Sardegna a suo tempo mi ha regalato belle sensazioni. Complimenti, Antonio

Hi Gail and thank-you for your kind comment. Here we are far from Rome and as far as Rome can offer unbelievable "artificial beauty", Sardinia - the second biggest island in the Tyrrhenian Sea - is one of the best places in Italy if you are looking for landscapes (mountain and marine) and natural beauty. Next time you come to Italy you can't miss the south west coast of Sardinia (that is more or less where this picture has benn taken).

Bye and c u soon

Mi fa sempre piacere leggere un tuo commento. Si, la Sardegna è un posto bellissimo; io amo soprattutto il sud ovest, in particolare l'area - sia di mare sia di terra - compresa tra Cagliari e Oristano.

Grazie e a presto

This is a beautiful composition. I especially like the way the yellows pull the image together despite its different colors, textures, and shapes.

Thank-you Amitai! Me too was fascinated bya this enormous yellow object rising up, here and there, from cactus-like plants. The Sardinian landscape in those days (10 days ago) was completely spotted by million of yellow bossoms: these ones, mimosas and brooms.

Warm regards

Mauro
