Very nice B&W image maybe a bit darker.

Beautiful model in a good pose with great hair. Background is very strange, with the large, blown-out area to camera right. Beading on dress seems overpowering.

A nice portrait for sure...I think this would be better categorized though as a fashion shot.  I like the pose and expression from your model and I like how you have managed the harsh natural light...it is hard to tell for sure but I suspect you used some fill lighting in the shadow areas of her face...the B&W treatment is nicely done, the grayed out sky seems to frame the model nicely, but unfortunately the big patch of bright sand to right of your model is very distracting.  My only other nit is how you've cropped out her hands...others may not think this is an issue, but it is a bit distracting for me.  Overall though a nice portrait. 

you got the feeling of the expression in this one very well, the composition and special B&W are great. Well done..!
