Sam as you say a lot of memories are taken here. I spent most of my childhood and youth in these mountains. It has a very healthy climate and clean air plus it has much beauty. I spend a lot of time here when I can. Both in the cold winters, the hot summers and the mild spring and falls. Thanks for your excellent thoughts. take care. Dara
