sweet Pierre... your blending of the contemporary  (the mannequin, the shaped floor tiles) and the ancient (the costumes, and the horseman leaving his wife behind to rule the roost, especially the plausible rendition of husband on land and sea... Odysseus?) is always strongly decipherable aesthetically and metaphorically.
