Been working on getting what I wanted in focus. I think I nailed the

flower in the foreground. Any suggestions to make it better would be

appreciated.

Lovely image with sharp focus on the central subject and good dof. I might be tempted to crop into a vertical by coming in to the first flower on to right and a little in on the left so that the emphasis is totally on the central flower. Just a suggestion for a different treatment to an already good image. All the best, Charles

I wasn't sure my suggestion made sense. A crop something like this one is what I meant. It has not been worked on in any other way, and should be. This could also be tweaked a little, Nice image to begin with. - Charles

Thanks so much for the suggestion and, although it did make sense, it is nice to see exactly what you meant!

It makes the 'in focus' flower much more the center of attention.

I was very pleased with the colors - it's amazing how the colors of something in the shade on a very sunny day will pop.
