jorge_fernandez3 1 Posted April 2, 2011 Why? Is it more stable than One in the front and two in the back? Link to comment

craigpjenkinsphotography 0 Posted April 2, 2011 Back in the early '80's I ordered a complete set of plans and building directions for a similar kit-car. I was a teenager going to auto repair classes after school at the time and looking for a cool project. I did get my hands on a 'donor' motorcycle but could not raise enough funds for the rest of the project. Here is how mine went: A donor motorcycle is the base for the kit car. A VW Beetle front suspension is grafted onto the front of the motorcycle. Fiberglass bodywork is wrapped around the frame then windows & doors are cut out and the interior installed. (I am dramatically simplifying the process.) The trike in these photos appears to be a modern version of my 30-year-old plans (which I still have, BTW!) Thanks for sharing. Link to comment
Not Here 93 Posted April 2, 2011 Jorge... This appears to be a version of the T-Rex:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-Rex_%28automobile%29Mike Link to comment
crow0806 18 Posted April 3, 2011 I'm guessing it is a t-rex. I found a 2009 for sale for $105,000. Link to comment
