stevenseelig 5 Posted March 27, 2011 Not sure what you were seeking as a result of the experiment, but if you are looking for multiple image creation, there are a couple of approaches beyond slow shutter speed, depending on the type of equipment you have. Some digital cameras allow you to overlay multiple pictures into a single frame. It is similar to double, triple exposure of a single film frame. Here is an example of this approach, although it is also strobed. Single flash per image (http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=7361030). This is another example http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=7428590When you have dark scenes, you can do a single long exposure, but expose the scene with multiple strobe flashes.I typically put the camera on a tripod, but again that may not be the effect you are looking for.I am sure there are other approaches but these are two that I have used.Good luck with your experimentation. foto bouma 0 Posted March 27, 2011 This type of effect is very fashionable nowaday! I see these effects shown in some of the best Fashion magazines. I still have to refine this technique and find ways to make use of it. Link to comment
