with a network of ditches crossing the tea estate, they have to be bridged at several points for the movement of vehicles

uploaded is a series of five photographs attempting to illustrate this practical, economical and environmentally sound form of bridge building

Rajat, I would def. go below the wood, shoot it from the ground, it would add a great deal of respect to these people..

This is a very good documentary series you have here!

Much respect for the worker's and their ability to "fill the need with what's available, and by the most economical means."

Your series tells a story, and shows great details!

Very well done!

Wonderful documentary series, Rajat..! I like your initial photo (in which the bridge worker somehow appears slightly dwarfed by the task of building the bridge), although I understand ( and agree with) Boris' s suggestions as well... (Maybe by shooting lower, from the ground up, you might put more emphasis on the difference in dimensions of tree trunks & workers & overall scale of work of these men..?) Best regards, Marjolein
