Thank you guys, I was just about to delete this immage convincing myself that the anonimous 3 rater must had strong foundations for unspoken objections; sometimes I would realy like to know the reason for low rating..

You have a great eye for the street sense and this image is a great example of that, you also working out the exposure remarkably and the details contained are of very fine nature, the aged lady here makes this work one very powerful image and enhancing its composition.

Thank you for sharing it my friend and wishing you all of the best.

It's a fine street shot and I like that its in B&W. Disregard those anonimous ratings they are worthless. If people give a low rating I think they should be forced to say why or not allowed to give the rating. I did not understand that when I started at PN but now I rarely rate without a comment.

Thanx. Photos I am not interested in I do not rate or comment.  Who would benefit from rating thousands of photos I dont like? Sometimes I wrote down my thoughts on how to IMHO improve a posted photo that I generaly found interesting but almost never rate it...as a bigginer on PN I've rated low and soon realised that there is no point..

From the initial scene to the final presentation very well done.  The chosen contrasts fit very well. Compliments Vladimir - ignore the low rates.

An interesting and appealing image. rated 6.

PS I try not to talk much about the anon '3' and having been the recipient of two on a Lonely tree image recently, it forces one to look at your image more critically and i am  usually easily convinced that it was not deserving of a '3'. It is troubled world out there and many times the rating has nothing to do with your image - sad but true.

Hang in and don't delete it - it is an image worthy of sharing with the photo.net community. I once read a comment by marc adamus that he submitted one of his images and he deleted and resubmitted it 6 times before he got 'honest' ratings.
