As you would say Pierre,

A WONDERFUL SPECTACLE  !!! You really 'dug deep' artistically and 'emotionally' with this composition.  Very thought provoking.  Kindest regards, Gail

A well thought-out composition that, to me, is deeply reminiscent of the old Soviet Style Monuments of days gone by.  A strong reflection on the march-of-history.

Very well done my friend!

surreal, powerful, lyrical, Pierre... "heros often fail"... history - one bloodbath after another... this is almost a parody ;-} dp

One million and one stories in this work, a combination of Art and superb thoughts my friend, the content work superbly with each other and by all means and complete a very unique work.

I like the light here also while the details as always well sustained and the tone adding the right atmosphere to subject matter.

Thank you my friend for sharing it and wishing you all of the best.

This image has recieved a lot of well deserved attention, the war torn heroes symbolic of so much current conflict. A distinct and poignant expression Pierre.

Very well done!

Best Regards

As usual from you very carefully done, dramatic mood comes from this composition with elements on it and tone color, but I see a hope somewhere in that seagull, a reason  to continue life to honor the heroes, just my idea, all the best Pierre.

Radu, there is a hope, hope dies last!

Andrea, these are monuments, the first one to the partisans who fought against the Nazis in the World War II and the distant one is a monument to the great poet and also a partisan. There are very loud rumors that he was killed by his fellow combatants! By the order of the high level, maybe the highest! They also fought for socialism and won, the socialism finished as we all know! The columns represent the ancient history of my country!
