Interesting composition, Ernest, and I think you did particularly well in setting the exposure -- too often shots into the sun are overexposed and/or the light in the vicinity of the sun shows prominent tonal banding.  You've chosen to have the boat moving toward the center of the frame and just about to enter the area of the sun's reflection, and this is where I would have put the boat myself.  I wonder, though, about breaking with the "rules" by having the boat on the other side of the sun's reflection; I wonder if that would add to the sense of "ending" and also provide a more balanced composition with the boat on one side and the tree on the other.  Just a thought.
