Hi Sandee,

              I'm a retired pro, and I can't see anything wrong with this portrait and a lot that's right, the composition is good, you have the sitters nearest eye in the middle of the frame  and her head tilted  so both her eyes are not on the same level adding to the diagonal composition, the lighting is soft and suitable for a female subject, she has a pleasant expression and nice teeth, and is looking straight into the lens which I like.

The only way in my opinion it could be improved and this is really "nit picking" is use a stop or so smaller aperture to increase the depth of field enough to sharpen her far shoulder and her hair that's farthest away from the camera.

I will have to look at my setting on F stop once I get home.
