Interesting and creative angle and composition. I also like the mood of this image. I find the background - with the parked cars and the standing person - a little distracting, because the eye is attracted right to that area, to the sitting man. Nevertheless, I like the photo a lot!

finally - old spirit of Rome.. or any old city. I just do not like that you have softened the background of photo.. the thing with this kind of photoshop work is.. an experienced street viewer will see it, regadless how good it is done/ present.

Nice POV.Though the parked car & the man standing at BG distracts a bit but still it is a well presented image in B/W.

My best regards.

Ciao Niki, nice bw street perfect realised. Excellent atmosphere. I think the background contributes to the lonliness in the big city although it is a little bit disturbing the esthetic look of the photo. Comunque complimenti.

Complimenti interessante prospettiva, ottimo bianco e nero.... questo scatto mi fa tornare all'epoca dei mitici anni 60 o giù di li...COMPLIMENTI ....6!

Niki, I like the straight shot down the line of tables and the solitary man among the mostly empty tables. He seems to waiting for someone or looking for someone by the way he is looking off to the distance.

Ahh I would love to spend a Saturday in Rome..it has been so long, and already it is looking a bit warmer.  I was there in early April nearly 37 years ago......all the Bulbs should be coming up now...the Cafe's are opening up their doors and their little Bistro Tables....wonderful shot with a 'mood' that makes me want to travel so badly.  thank you so much for sharing. Kind regards, Gail
