What a great piece of art. The post capture work looks fantastic adding movement to the otherwise "sharp" image, leading the eye to the fantastic cloud formation and light. The balancing of tones between the forward cloud bases and the rocks frames the subject nicely.

Truly magnificent, a wonderful capture bravo.  beyond the perspective and beautiful colouring, I enjoy the flow of the water that accompanies the clouds and setting sun .. the world in perpetual motion ..

Well done, we have a remarkable sea scape and very powerful image, the exposure is so well set to end with such amazing effect and an outstanding DOF to obtain all of the great details all over the frame work with the clouded sky and its colors adding a superb impact to the over all well thought off composition here.
