Marieke is a very beautiful girl. The focus on her eyes, her make-up, eye contact with the camera (viewer), skin tone, contrast, color saturation, specular highlights on her lips, catchlights, lighting, background, her separation from the background, her expression and the pose are all excellent.

You have cropped quite far into her head. In order to have good top and bottom compositional balance you would have to give her some headroom or crop off the bottom. I would like to see more headroom.

She could use a smidgen more room in front of her (her left) so that she was facing more into the picture rather than out of it.

This is a very well done portrait of Marieke.
