Really a beautiful portrait.
Almost everything I like in this picture, the angle of the face, the composition, esprerssione of the subject, the square cut.
Only the net shadow on the central part of the face helps to diminish the harmony of this work. Personally also change slightly the cut, so that the subject goes to the left, found the arm of the shirt to avoid.
