Maybe 2 + 2 + 2 if you count the shadows!  I feel a strange contradiction of moods...it feels eerie, ominous and dark, but the posture of the man, and the woman as well to some degree, seem to imply more life, more alertness, more contentedness.  And, what do they find around the corner?  Well done!

very interesting... a well considered bit of photo taking and processing work... deepening of the shadows has imbued the composition with a sense of mystery

I like B/W tonal range as well as the balance in this one; nice.

Perfectly toned and creatively composed. I would clone out that grass spot on the right (it's not adding to this strong image), but anyway it's very strong work. Take care!
