Meir, I like the two women facing each other in profile. The dark clothing and eyes work very well against the lighter tones in the composition.  They seem to be very engaged, while the child is more interested in something across the way.

interesting that continue to clutch their shopping bags, in spite of the empty table beside them, even as they converse animatedly... the little guy in the Michigan Univ. jacket seems secure holding on to a finger of the adult while he munches a cookie with the other hand... the backdrop is well perceived with the attractively bright tables and chairs and the view afforded of the pavement across from them... a well presented street image, Meir
