I cannot identify this plant completely; however, I will offer that it is a probably a member of the orchid family in the group that has the popular name 'pitcher plants' because they normally capture rain, entrap insects in the 'pitcher' and feed from the dissolved insects.

And, this is a super photo. You have the DOF just right!
