drjoder 0 Posted March 23, 2011 Mircea, I like this shot, and I have seen a lot of images from this location and I have spent many a day patrolling the area looking for images myself. What I like about it is the B&W treatment and the lone shadowy figure below echoing the multitude of human figures in the world above. Dark and subterranean vs. above-ground, fresh air and life, if you will. It is really hard to be original at Parc Guell, but your image does well in that regard. You have lost detail in the palm tree and the bush to the left, but that might have been hard to capture with the extreme contrast that is typical of the place. I also wonder if your image could be rotated ever so slightly to the right...it feels "tipsy" to the left--but that could actually be a positive effect (have to think about it). Regardless, a very nice capture! Link to comment
mirceatt 1,965 Posted March 24, 2011 Thank you , Daniel for comment !You are right, the photo has an inclination to the left, purposely, also I thought it's a better effect !Best regards, Mircea Link to comment
