charity1 0 Posted March 8, 2011 took 8 images with exposure times from 30s to 1/10s and put themtogether by hand. The moon moved perceptibly during each exposure, soI had to spend some time when overlaying the images in adjusting theirrelative positions. There was a slight breeze so the tree limbs in the 30s exposure are alittle blurred. Link to comment
stp 6 Posted March 8, 2011 I think the work you've done is excellent, and the setting with clouds in the sky and trees in the foreground was a good choice. I'm not used to seeing the moon so white when it is relatively low in the sky and behind clouds, but perhaps that's just because few people are able to photograph it with detail as you have done. Have you tried a hint of color to tone-down the white? Link to comment
bob_belanger 1 Posted March 9, 2011 The colors are wonderful and a nice halo as well. Link to comment
