Thanks  Jim and Sam... Do you think the slope of the hill is distracting? 

I don't, . . . to me it's far enough to the top of the frame that my eye is still drawn to the details of the Hawk.

I find the noise in the blue sky a bit distracting, but not so in the overall background with the grazing cattle.

Mark - This is absolutely beautiful and tells a story all on its own. I love the background with the grazing cattle and very nice use of DOF. Still not sure if the sky is distracting or not, I would not crop more off, but maybe try photoshopping the green in where the sky is - don't know if it would make it better or not...but overall a VERY awesome shot!
