Thanks for viewing/comments! It's a hit and miss with these Cormorant

food fight type of shot. Generally, one got about 2 seconds to shoot and

the cormorant can surface any where in the pond. :-)

Wow!  Viewed large I can see blood in the air!   I'm only beginning to appreciate how quick a photographer has to be to see a situation emerging and swing the big lens to the action, focus, and capture it.   Nice work.

Thanks Dominick! That's why I shoot handheld since it's too slow to swing those tripod and gimbal head around most of the time. There's no perfect solution since it can get tiresome handholding the 12lbs  'package' .  I see that you like blood like some of us also. :-)
