Well I've never been good at following recipes to the letter- I wonder if this bodes badly for me in PS.  These look more like Easter Eggs than bubbles! LOL- but what do you think?

Well......these are psychedelic bubbles,..........  and anyway you wouldn't want your bubbles to be the same as everyone elses : - )
