The "tourists" on the photographers left and in the back may be worth editing out to keep with the overall "feel" of the shot.

you are right about background objects. I don't like them too, but it's tricky to remove them.

I like the expression and composition. The people at  the back do not distract me. Her expression and hands lift the eyes upward and the color of her dress shines! So they are on the back and add value as a documentary shot.

Use the clone stamp tool in photoshop elements, took about a minute doing a rough job.

but in this case without people background on the left looks empty. Maybe if the hand of the child and the pink dress remain...

You're welcome. Just wanted to show how it could be fixed without too much trouble (and without having to spend a lot of money on the full version of photoshop, photoshop elements is plenty for me and a lot of other people)

Great colors and the model is gorgeous, I like this shoot great work.
