15th cent. aghiography in a monastery on Meteora , Greece. The white blob

on the middle right is a light beam that fell like spotlight on the icon. I

decided not to clone it out, nor reduce its strength , maintaining as more

faithfully as I remember it the truth of the scene and the subtle light

mood.................Thank you for the visit, any feedback left , as always ,is

Such history you are able to visit, and I would think from this unususal beam of light, a most humble moment to witness and record.  The monastery is so fascinating from the outside, but to visit the inside must be quite an honor and a thrill. This shot while full of excellent detail in the paintings on the walls , ancient chairs, ceiling, etc. I find that the mood is very humbling Chris.  Thankyou so much for sharing your travels.  I learn so much.  Excellent presentation as well.  My sincere regards, Gail
