kslonaker 0 Posted February 24, 2011 I love that the dog is looking "the wrong way." It makes this more interesting because you don't know what's out of view and is more of a story, imo. I sure you are doing something with all of these marvelous dog images you have, Tim. Link to comment
tholte 16,677 Posted February 25, 2011 Thanks for the nice comments! Kim, I had a show a few years ago with some of my dog photos and some of those are now hanging up in one of my old Vet's new building. I had them printed 24x30 and mounted on gator board. I then glued another smaller piece of foam core on the back and then put in some eyelet screws so I could wire them up to hang. They looked really nice and it was a lot cheaper than framing and matting them. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted February 25, 2011 I always love your dog/snow shots, Tim. Or really ANY of your snow OR dog shots, not necessarily together. I think they would work well in notecards and/or a calendar. I have no idea how one markets to companies who print those - Hallmark?? Link to comment
amalsircar 2 Posted February 25, 2011 Tim, superb shot. The white foreground contrasts well, with the bleak landscape . The dog enhances the beauty of this image. Link to comment

Jack McRitchie 150 Posted March 6, 2011 I've just discovered your portfolio but I already realize that your work is worth studying. It may be true that you have been influenced by the great photographers of the past (time well spent) but the lessons you have learned have obviously been assimilated and folded into a very original and individual view of the world. There is nothing derivative here. Link to comment
