thanks for your attention, my friends. always sorry for the few time i'm spending here in this period. that man was really prayng, all alone, in this lonely place. an impressing scene for me, that i was there. not sure the photo explains well all this

Your narrative goes a long way to explain the man's presence here.  I think your subject is very well placed in the frame.  His light clothing against the dark wall does a good job of highlighting him.  Were it not for this person the shot would be of interest only to architects and masons.  His presence lends scale as well and helps the viewer appreciate the wall's size.  A fine reward for your diligence and keen powers of observation.  I don't see anything here which could be done to improve the image.   Best, LM

Beautiful, Andrea..! I really like this one. I like the curving and flowing lines of the wall,  its scale, and the placement of the praying man in front of it. Perfectly composed -- Really lovely!!

Andrea, I like the way you composed this showing the size of the wall in relationship to the man. It makes one realize how small we are in the world. That he is praying makes it even more significant.

I love how very alone he is.  The world is huge around and above him, but he remains focused.  An impressive, spiritual capture.

a gracious composition... its harmony mirrors in a way the sentiment expressed... powerful b&w treatment

Ciao Andrea! Come stai?

Ogni tanto dò segni di vita...

Questo scatto mi piace molto; molto curata la composizione che fa da cornice al gesto. Un abbraccio

Alberto
