Is this too typical? I worry that the scene is too typical and not

interesting enough. But I like the colours....

The better question is,... do you like it?  If so, then that is all that matters, even if others have done similar compositions before.  Compose whatever attracts you and don't worry if it has been "done" before or not.  I think it is a very well seen and framed photo... nicely proportioned and inviting to the viewer.

I'm with Pierre here on the composition; but, then I looked at your title. How typical is this scene in England? It looks like late October/mid November where I live (sigh). I too like the colours very much. Thanks for sharing this with us.
