craig_shearman1 4 Posted February 18, 2011 This shot comes under what I call "blinks, backs and butts" in my own sports photograhy. I shoot mostly figure skating now but have done basketball and other sports in the past. It's just part of the game that you get a number of shots that might be sharp and well exposed and even show some action, but the players have their eyes closed, you only see the back of their heads or -- as in this case -- it's not just their backs but their rear ends that feature most prominently. If this shot were made from the other side of the player I'm sure it would be great. If she had her head turned to the left so you could see even a profile of her face would make it work. But as is, I would have deleted it while chimping. Link to comment
