I really like the lighting, dof and basic composition. It it was me, I would re-crop to eliminate about 1/2 to 2/3rds of the empty space on the left.

Thank you Alan, I was trying to give the lilly some space like it was reaching away from the darker rose and folliage but taking another look I think you are correct and I did leave a little too much space there.  Cheers, Lisa

Lisa, if this were mine, i would start by eliminating the dark on right hand side as to me it adds nothing to the composition value of your image. also agree with Alan on left side of image. think best alternative here would be to try a sq crop, as the moody blues used to say "it's a question of balance"!
