I wish you could see more detail in the bird.  I probably would also crop this up some from the bottom, still leaving space for the dive, but pulling the photo in closer to the bird.

Dawn,

thank you very much for your critique. The tern was flying rather high & that was what I intended to show. Of course, with the naked eye I didn't see much detail of the bird.
