Very nice work. You did an excellent job of lighting, model choice, her costume, and processing. 

I have a couple of observations: For me her hands seem large and the red nails overpower the rest of the image. I have copied it and made her arms and hands more normally proportioned and decreased the saturation of the red nail polish. I hope you find my comments helpful.
