Greg, I see a pretty model, in a nice garment and the most interesting ear rings.  Her pose is OK but she looks rather disinterested.  If everthing else is perfect a dull look makes a dull image.  I see your lighting is quite flat - the face being illuminated equally without much of any shadows.  You might want to look up some web articles on lighting a portrait.   Your background is filled with clutter that does not contribute to your image.  Better to hand a plain cloth for background.
