I do agree and often wonder if it is someone who's photograph I took the time out to comment on and tell them how they could improve upon it and they completely take offense to it - so they come and give bad ratings...who knows? This shot to me shows a clear connection between you and the subject Melissa - she is smiling right at you :) Love the angle, love the DOF and the colours of the walls and furnishings really allow the little girl to take centre stage. Nice work :)
