It's fascinating, Pierre...I wonder what the three figures behind the shells are made of. Added to my amazement is the surface of the 3 figures, it seemed that there are hairs around them.

Anyway, the arrangement and the configurations of the subjects are intriguing and at the same time beautiful

I never stop enjoying your presentations here and your amazing ideas and well engineered capabilities with these image.

This is very remarkable work and of very high quality, the contents are all well working with each other while the combinations of colors do add to the superb composition here.

Thank you my friend for sharing it and wishing you all of the best.

Well... in a somewhat humorous vein, I see the 'shelling out' of large sums for the king of strange seafood delights FUGU!

I also thought of 'The Afterlife' for sea life...

Of course the dried, inflated fugu are also only shells of what they once were...

Beyond all that, this is a captivating visual treat!

Pierre, it remind me images from kids card games, that was very hot some years ago... it call Pokemon cards... some cards did have images of none existed creatures with disproportionally big eyes and rounded body... but any way creative work that some how remind me craziness of my kids at time when they are small...

An image that stirs the mind and creates in the viewer varied interpretations and that's what makes this photo outstanding. I like the perspective here and the arrangement  of the objects. Another masterpiece! Regards, Pierre - Lester

The perspective is much stronger in this one Pierre. Whereas an anomaly in the size has is often used in surreal work to enhance the effect of disorientation, in an image such as this I find that  it can help the viewer to enter into world that you are portraying figuratively. Many of your images do that, which is why I often compare them to dreams (sometimes nightmares my friend!) .. this is another excellent piece, bravo.

It is a shame there is no "rating" for this one. Though admittedly I cannot stand the rating system, it does enhance very strongly the number of views of an image posted.

a well-arranged ensemble that makes for a greatly pleasing composition... the three 'toys' have a fruity look about them

Some of us work so hard to get nice crisp clear shots of the birds with enough details to see their eyes, . . . and you do it so easily and magnificiently!

This gave me a very refreshing chuckle this morning with my first cup of coffee. It's wonderful!

I love the texture on the birds bodies and their beaks as well as the patterns throughout the image! Very nice composition too!

Thanks Pierre,

Jim j.
