Pamela, both the images are very good. The curves and contours of the leaves and the flower have aesthetic appeal to the viewer. Exposure & light are very good.

All I can do is repeat all of the favorable comments above..

I do think that it might be a bit crowded on the top.  If it were "zoomed back" at bit, the drops would not be as apparent but I think it might  give it a bit more space.

A beautiful piece of work Pamela.

Another lovely rendition and the generous dew drops are icing on the cake.  The crop seems a tiny bit tight on top, but not a big deal.

Of your two current versions I prefer this one, mainly because of it's lighter airier appearance.  I also agree that the dew drops are an asset.  I'd like to see a tad more area around the top of the frame.  Easily cloned in if you agree.  When parts of a main subject get too close to the frame edge a bit of visual tension is introduced.  Each viewer would probably have their own tolerance for this so I guess this one is testing mine.  Bottom line:  a keeper!  Best, LM.

In the thumbnail I actually preferred your version with the darker background, but when I clicked on the larger view I could see more water droplets on this version.  I also like the graceful pose of this one, although both versions are lovely.  I agree with the crop idea at the top.   And although I like your version, I think you also could do another version with a crop from the left as well.  Yes, I know this would place the flower in the center of the frame, but with the tulip leaning one way, and the leaf bending to the left, it balances out nicely.  Anyway, see if you like the idea.

Pamela, it's so elegant! Like Len stated, a little more room at top might ease the tension. You could easily extend the image canvas and then clone in the extra space. Very lovely!!
