Today is the second day of the Tsagaan Sar Festival, the MongolianLunar New Year. On this day, early in the morning, many man climb highup to an auspicious place on the Bogd Khan Mountain above Ulaanbaatarto celebrate the sunrise. There, around a hip of stones called Ovoo,they worship food items, milk and vodka.
