Thank you all for your thoughts, they're much appreciated. The baby orang-utan is no more than a month old and has pretty much been kept in isolation, as has her mum. Trying to get close is next to impossible without a telephoto/zoom lens and even then visibility is limited. This shot, as with many others was a matter of just waiting for the right moment and angle to present itself

Hats off, superb image. I thought that I had seen the best but this one is terrific. The baby is cute and the focus in both is excellent. I love a lot the composition. Congrats Art, your work is really fantastic.
