Anne...  A male tri-color.  Jake is in the minority.  Alas, a slow night and I'm meddling, but the existing light with no flash has warmed up Jake's white face.  I used Capture NX2 and set the white point on his nose and then added some vignette treatment to bring attention back to his face.  Anyway, not saying it's any better, just another view.  Regardless, he's a handsome Garfield kinda guy... Thanks, Mike :) It's interesting to see how with your version the colors, overall, are more grey to me, overall (the orange and pink lose hue and vibrance).  I might try a white color balance adjustment if I shoot him again indoors without a flash. But to me, he looks as he does in RL, a soft white and Orange of course!  I don't know about a third color - except for a bit of blue ring around the collar from his blue collar and the black tag. Thanks for your ideas!

Anne...  It could very well be the difference in monitors.  Mine has not been calibrated this month, but is usually very close.  The tri-color comment was in reference to "cats" in general.  It has been my understanding that the vast majority of tri-color cats are female.  Regardless, a good shot... Mike
