dan_shoe 0 Posted January 30, 2011 Dave, Thanks for posting. The ice and snow on the mud flats of Turnagin Arm remind me of a trip to Death Valley, which is flat, white and surrounded by mountains. Great image. Link to comment
gminish 0 Posted January 31, 2011 Nice Alaskan sunrise, Dave! An excellent exposure and good composition. The reflected orange light helps liven up the otherwise dull Alaskan beach. It's always a challenge to get exciting foregrounds for a near/far composition like this in Alaska, especially in or near the mud flats. Link to comment
antongorlin 0 Posted February 1, 2011 very good exposure, light and colors you have here.my few comments here:the black rock on the bottom and those black rocks on the right are really heavy and holding you back. I'd suggest to go a bit forth to get rid of them. Link to comment
helenclement 0 Posted March 29, 2012 Hi Dave,Great FG and sky colouring and I like the way I am drawn from the FG to the sky. Lovely place to be, I was there last Aug-Sept. Link to comment
