majestic buildings. one of the great inspiration of modern architecture. i would overlay a light blue (icy blue) tint over the image to enhance the cool tones.

You may be shocked to learn that many people in the Buffalo area feel that they are rather ugly and should be torn down. Preservationists and citizens fight an on-going battle to make sure they survive. That's one reason that I and many fellow photographers try to get the word out about them.

Your kind comments help motivate us to make sure that they survive.

this is very sad. these are not only irreplaceable architectural icons but also cultural icons.

..and what would "they" want to replace these icons with? "beauties" such as another Walmart, Marriot Express or may be another Walgreen's?

Unfortunately, when the $ are not in these building's favor, they will be gone.
