jeff stumpo 0 Posted January 19, 2003 My question is whether the person walking was originally part of the shot at all. I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, but the contrast between the dark jacket and white snow is so great that it looks like he was cut and pasted. Regardless, I like what you did with the frame. It's probably the best use of a frame that I've seen yet on the site. Link to comment
dan_sheppard 0 Posted January 19, 2003 Clever! I like the shot. Excluding the person, the shot appears very contrasty. Link to comment
bozovic 0 Posted January 20, 2003 Original, superb presentation and nice contrast and detail. What else to say? :) Bravo majstore! :) Link to comment
jennifer_vicinanza 0 Posted January 20, 2003 Great tonal contrast with the snow, trees, and individual subject. Very unique placement of the foot outside, leading the viewer inside to the photograph. I truly enjoyed it. Link to comment
jkadash 0 Posted January 21, 2003 Very interesting and different placement of the subject! Congratulations on a great composition Link to comment
csabii 0 Posted January 21, 2003 I like the idea, but it seems to me like the man is "levitating" over the road. It made me think that he was cut-and-pasted into the scene, but I'm not sure about this. Link to comment
koska 0 Posted January 21, 2003 Thanks for the comments everybody. The man was a part of original composition, no copy-pasting here. Thanks again! Link to comment
mrdanhoffman 0 Posted January 22, 2003 The photo is already a nice composition itself, but the added element of stepping into the frame makes it very interesting. Good job. Link to comment
