Route 40 Sunrise

These days, it seems the only shots I am taking are of sun rises and

sun sets! The winter skies are just beautiful here. This is a

favorite location of mine and I go back to it time and again for

great sky scenery. Hope you aren't getting bored with it.

Nothing to get bored with here. The chiaroscuro effect is in fine form and especially difficult to grow tired of.

 

I think I'd be concentrating on the sun, too, if I could be gathering images like this. Keep 'em coming.

Probably your best sunrise shot so far ..............Well composed ........... no man-made objects ...... and this 'gap' you selected between the trees .................. nice frame too ...................... Can't find one thing I would change -- other than stomping down all those trees ............... ................. Very well done

Regina, what can you say about a picture that speaks for itself. This is such a beautiful sunrise, and the way you have it framed couldn't be any better in my opinion. I love sunrise and sunset shots, so don't think I will get bored with them. Keep taking them! This shot just has such beautiful quality to it. Nice job.

I don't think we will get tired of sunsets when you have scenes like this. The colors are beautiful and composition is right on!

Regina: Jim would be stunted too if he had to grow up at 9-11,000 feet of altitude. Our little trees can only hope to be as beautiful as the trees in this lovely image. Sunrises and sunsets are always good subjects as are other views bathed in the beautiful light emitted by sunrises and sunsets.

As long as you, the photographer, still enjoy shooting this kind of scene, go for it. Isn't it all about photography for us...fun & enjoyment? Keep on shooting is the most important part.
