I'd say you've got a cool story here with an excellent comp and perspective. I'm not sure re B/W perhaps it would be better in colour. My oppinion only.

I like this work, original composition. I like her shadow on the wall but I am not sure about the shadow that her breast casts to her right hand, just my personal opinion.
