Very nice timing to catch the bird posing like that. Great positioning within the frame. The background colours are complementary. I like this photo.

interesting bird and expression, and the out of focus is nice and smooth. that being said the little leaves and twig poking out of the bottom of the frame are really distracting. just get rid of those in photoshop and i think you will have a great photograph.
