I think this photo had a lot of potential. I like the composition, the dynamic pose of the cat, and his/her very alert expression. Those ears are great! 

I find the reflection and color of the eyes not quite right -- and the lighting lacks some dimension (to my eyes). Looks like on-camera flash. So I'd say, good composition and expression, but the light needs some work.
