The flaw that hits me is that although the rails recede and go out of focus, the edges do not, so it ends up looking a little to much like a cut and paste job. I think the result might be more pleasing if you blend the rails into the other image either using OPACITY or one of the other BLENDING MODES such as MULTIPLY or SOFT LIGHT. Link to comment
