A tad bit dark, but that can be brightened up in post-processing.  Interesting architecture style though.

I agree with Gregory's comment. You have a good intense sky color, and detail in the sky, which you might lose if you lighten the whole image, so I would recommend lightening the shadows while leaving the highlights alone.  You might then need to increase mid-tone contrast slightly, but maybe not.  I think cropping a bit tighter at the top might help the composition, also.
