Amazing graduated textures and tones, such is the lack of scale, that it's impossible to tell if it's a photo of sand dunes, or a macro of skin or a fabricated abstract,  though it is this very quality that works in it's favour and demands greater study. I'm going with the sand dunes theory, but in either case it is a brilliant minimilistic photo.
